New clients are often introduced to Gramercy by existing clients, strategic partners or others within our network. Other clients hear about our track record and approach us directly. In this industry, good news travels and good reputations are vital.

After the initial contact is made, the next step is usually to conduct an introductory meeting between principals of Gramercy Venture Advisors and you, the prospective client. This allows both parties to introduce themselves, discuss the opportunity and explore the parameters of a potential working relationship. It is the "getting to know each other" period.

Often a follow-up meeting is scheduled to clarify the exact services required and to discuss objectives, timelines, priorities and issues relating to the project.

Our aim is to accelerate the growth, increase financial returns and share in the success of our clients. We typically receive project-based fees combined with success fees and equity.
